Pastor (Dr.) Ezekiel Leke Ojo
Rev. Dr. Ezekiel Leke Ojo is the Founder of New Impact Ministry and the Senior Pastor of RCCG Solid Rock Phoenix in Glendale, Arizona, a mission of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). He also serves as Assistant Regional Pastor and Pastor-in-Charge of Province 2, Region 2, overseeing RCCG churches across six U.S. States. With a ministry career marked by vision and tireless service, he has pioneered initiatives such as the RCCGNA Young Adults and Singles Ministry, empowering the next generation to fulfill their God-given destinies.
A passionate teacher of the Word, Pastor Ezekiel is recognized for his profound love of prayer, praise, and church planting. His ministry extends far beyond the pulpit — from hosting the “Moment of Empowerment” radio broadcast to appearing on TBN’s Praise the Lord program, and organizing prayer, revival, leadership, and youth conferences worldwide. His heart beats for one mission: to move people from where they are to where God wants them to be, and to bring as many souls as possible into the Kingdom.
In addition to his pastoral calling, Pastor Ezekiel is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Advanced Accounting) from North Central University, an MBA in Accounting, and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, where he also serves as adjunct faculty. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He leads multiple businesses and consulting ventures in the U.S. and Nigeria.
Above all, Pastor Ezekiel is a servant-leader whose life is anchored in faith, excellence, and compassion. His leadership of New Impact Ministry reflects his unwavering belief that the Gospel transforms not only hearts but entire communities.

Dr. Juyi Ojo
Dr. Juyi Ojo serves alongside her husband as Co-Founder of New Impact Ministry and Co-Pastor of RCCG Solid Rock Phoenix. A gifted preacher and compassionate leader, she shares in the vision of raising believers who will impact their communities for Christ. Her ministry spans over two decades, during which she has faithfully served in various capacities — from organizing women’s and youth conferences to leading prayer and leadership gatherings worldwide.
Pastor Juyi’s passion is to help people discover their God-assigned destinies and walk in them with confidence. Whether ministering from the pulpit or mentoring one-on-one, she brings a unique grace that inspires, equips, and encourages. Her leadership is characterized by a profound commitment to both spiritual growth and practical empowerment, ensuring that those she serves are well-prepared for success in every aspect of life.
Academically accomplished, Pastor Juyi trained as an Economist and computer programmer before earning her Doctorate in Pharmacy from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She brings her professional expertise, organizational skills, and pastoral heart together in service to the Kingdom, embodying the balance of excellence and humility.
Together with Pastor Ezekiel, she is raising a family that reflects their shared values of faith, love, and service. Their marriage is blessed with two children, David and Debbie, and their home is a living testimony of God’s goodness and grace.
